Maritza is now currently selling the only on-the-sand luxury pre-construction sales at Auberge Beach Residences and Spa, Fort Lauderdale as an in-house resident sales specialist. In addition to her pre-construction sales success, Maritza has dominated the luxury real estate market selling sought-after waterfront estates and luxury high rises all along the South Florida coast.
