With over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, Gianpierre Giusti has mastered the skills and knowledge of the luxury market in Fort Lauderdale. Gianpierre ventured into entrepreneurship at a young age when he decided to no longer work for someone else and started a successful marketing company at only 19 years old. As the housing market was on the rise, Gianpierre decided to apply his marketing skills to real estate in 2005 and became a licensed realtor. Seeing opportunity in the crash of the market, Gianpierre partnered with his mother Maritza Meza to form their own real estate company in 2007 which focused on listing and selling high-end waterfront condominiums. After much success, Gianpierre decided to join a luxury real estate brokerage to match the same prestigious reputation he created. This is when Gianpierre co-founded the Meza Group alongside his sister Gigi Giusti and mother Maritza Meza, and partnered with Coldwell Banker Realty. Since joining Coldwell Banker, the Meza Group has been awarded every year for outstanding sales.

As current president of the Meza Group, Gianpierre leads a team of young talented real estate agents on their way to major success. Gianpierre focuses mainly on listing and selling high-end waterfront condominiums and is known to dominate the listing market and close record-breaking sales in the best of Ft. Lauderdale's waterfront high rises. With the Meza Group nearly reaching over $1 billion dollars in real estate sales, Gianpierre Giusti has become known as the "go-to" agent if you are looking to sell your home in the quickest amount of time for the highest price possible.
